Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves meeting potential clients, explaining products or services, building relationships, and closing sales on the ground. A strong personality with good communication skills and a go-getter attitude is essential. Key Responsibilities Visit leads and prospects across assigned areas/territories Explain product/service features clearly and confidently Generate and convert leads into successful closures Maintain client relationships and regular follow-ups Submit daily field reports and update CRM or lead tracker Work with internal teams for proposals and handovers Requirements Proven field sales experience (1-3 years preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and rapport with clients Self-driven and target-oriented Basic understanding of digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Maps, CRM apps) Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred What We Offer Fixed pay + Incentives / Commission on sales Flexible work hours based on targets Opportunity to grow in a young and fast-paced business Hands-on learning and leadership exposure To Apply: Send your CV here.
