We are currently seeking a Marketing Analyst who is highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for the food service and catering sector. As a Marketing Analyst at Harvest Caterers, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing and sales teams by analyzing customer behavior, market trends, campaign performance, and business data. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in optimizing our marketing strategies to drive increased bookings and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities in the catering and hospitality market. - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, booking rates, customer retention, and ROI. - Conduct competitor analysis and market research to effectively position our catering services. - Develop customer segmentation strategies based on event types, client profiles, and order frequency. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and propose enhancements. - Utilize analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of digital and offline marketing initiatives. - Assist in forecasting demand for various event types, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties. - Provide support for email campaigns, website content, and promotional offers. - Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to leadership and key stakeholders. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, Statistics, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within the catering, hospitality, or food service industry. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics platforms. - Familiarity with CRM systems. - Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C customer journeys in catering or event services. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver insights in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration. - Prior experience in catering and hospitality management. - Proficiency with marketing software and tools. - Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
