Job Descriptions:
Source new online panelsales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails (International B2B)
Understand panel customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the Sales Manager for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Work closely with the Marketing function, research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territories
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Profile includes B2B sales, Sales and Business Development, must have great passion for sales with prior proven experience in international sales and client success.
Meet potential clients by growing & maintaining the network and identifying the decision makers Research and build relationships with new clients
Plan approaches and pitches demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
Additionally, individual would be responsible for conducting online search to find contacts using available search engines, directories, reference sites, databases, LinkedIn etc.
Databases usage (e.g. Capital IQ, Factiva, Thomson One, OneSource, etc.) Strong analytical skills and inter-personal communication experience Client-facing interactions / Strong client relationship management skills Fluent English, used in business/professional context (written and spoken, a must) Experience in quality checking processes Proficiency in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel Good understanding of IT industry landscape Goal and target driven individual, flexible with shift timings Well versed with search tools and internet based research
Desired Skills:
Proven B2B Panel sales experience (International sales preferred), Through cold calling and B2B service up-selling
Track record of over-achieving quota from market research, business research and similar domains
Strong phone presence and experience calling international clients
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Growth-focused individual with a strong drive to innovate is a plus,skilled in various tools and techniques to bring effective optimization to daily processes through innovation.
