Designation title : Senior Manager/ Manager- business Strategy Department : Strategy Location : Gurugram Role: The Strategy Manager will work as a business strategist and will have complete ownership of business development, collaboration and partnerships with other organizations. Responsibilities : 1. Strategic Planning : o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. o Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. o Create business plans and sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base. 2. Sales Management : o Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. o Prepare GTM Strategies and lead the end-to-end execution o Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 3. Business Development : o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. o Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create compelling value propositions. o Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners. 4. Financial Management : o Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. o Role involves analysis of the financial statements, financial modelling. 5. Collaboration and Communication : o Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals. o Communicate sales strategies and objectives to the sales team and other stakeholders.
