We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Maintenance at Oragadam, Chennai to join our Operations team on a full-time basis.

Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Maintenance and Utilities Manager oversees the maintenance, repair, and operation of utility systems within a facility, ensuring their efficient and reliable functioning. This role involves managing a team, implementing preventive maintenance programs, addressing issues promptly, and optimizing resource usage.
• Overseeing Utility Systems:
• The manager is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of utility systems, including water, electricity, HVAC, and other related systems.

Team Management:

• Supervising and leading a maintenance team, including technicians and contractors, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped.

Preventive Maintenance:

• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure longevity.

Issue Resolution:

• Promptly addressing maintenance issues, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs to minimize disruptions.

Resource Management:

• Managing budgets, resources, and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks, and exploring opportunities to optimize energy usage and reduce costs.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance and repair projects.

Budget Management:

• Managing and tracking maintenance budgets and expenses.

Collaboration:

• Collaborating with other departments to meet their maintenance and renovation needs.
