Job Description

Webmaster/Web Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Zycus's website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience
Design and implement new web pages and features that align with our brand and business objectives
Utilize content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress, to create and update web content
Develop and integrate custom plugins and features as needed
Optimize website performance, including page load times and mobile responsiveness
Stay abreast of the latest web technologies, design trends, and AI-powered solutions
Lead the exploration and implementation of innovative web tools and technologies
Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies
Monitor website analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements

Skills and Expertise:

Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Designer
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS
Experience in integrating other marketing tools like email automation, ABM etc with website using APIs
Experience with WordPress and other popular CMS platforms
Familiarity with server-side technologies and hosting environments
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
Keen eye for design and aesthetics, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills
Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in web design.
