Manager-Quality

As a Quality Manager, youwill be responsible for implementing quality philosophy and processes requiredto service global customers in the EV and electronics/semiconductor space. Youwill be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest qualitystandards as we scale up our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency,quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding ofquality management systems, regulatory requirements and best practices in thechemical manufacturing industry Key Responsibilities: Establish quality standards and certification requiredensure consistent, high-quality goods are being delivered to the customer everytime Build processes and team to ensure the quality is notcompromised as the business scales Design quality checks and protocols to ensurebatch to batch consistency of material Participate and qualify for required ISO and other certifications forthe plant and supply chain Establish evaluation checks for vendor onboarding Work with cross-functionalteams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with RDand production teams to ensure new products meet quality specifications and canbe successfully scaled up for production Conduct regular audits ofmanufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implementcorrective actions Ensure compliance with all regulatoryrequirements and company policies Requirements 5 years of experience as aQA/QC manager in the chemical/battery/EV industry. Strong understanding ofmanufacturing and chemical processes, quality management systems, productionequipment and safety protocols. Understanding of QMS system and certification including but not limited to IMS, IATF. Understanding of ESG reporting and compliance. Ability to thrive in afast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Thorough understanding ofsafety protocols, risk assessment and the ability to promote a safety-firstculture within the team. Benefits Competitive salary packagecommensurate with experience.
