Urgent Requirement for Manager Civil Purchase / Procurement

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Purchase Manager to lead and manage procurement activities for our Greenfield industrial/manufacturing projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end purchasing of civil construction materials and equipment, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of all civil construction and interior materials, including cement, steel, concrete admixtures, waterproofing chemicals, flooring, tiles, sanitary fittings, etc.
• Handle procurement of construction equipment such as earthmoving machines, concrete mixers, rollers, vibrators, etc., as per project requirements.
• Work closely with architects, structural consultants, and project teams for material specifications, approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Identify and develop a strong network of reliable vendors and suppliers evaluate quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
• Negotiate with vendors to finalize the best commercial and delivery terms, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs), coordinate deliveries, and ensure on-time supply at project sites.
• Maintain proper documentation for all purchase activities including POs, invoices, quality reports, and material receipts.
• Maintain procurement-related data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP / Oracle / Tally) and prepare reports for management review.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and forecasting activities related to material procurement.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
• 58 years of hands-on experience in civil procurement, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and vendors
• Must have worked on at least one Greenfield or large-scale industrial project
