Manager - Project & Client Engagement

As a Manager of Project & Client Engagement, you will play a crucial role in being the primary point of contact for our clients in Bengaluru. Your responsibilities will include fostering strong and positive relationships with clients, coordinating project timelines, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements, and identifying opportunities for enhancing client value through upselling and cross-selling. You will lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Your role will involve organizing and leading project meetings, handling client feedback promptly, and providing strategic guidance to clients for improved engagement and retention. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management and project coordination. Relevant experience in IT Infra, Information Security, and Cloud services will be beneficial.
