What we are looking for We are India's largest career navigation company, offering our program to the top private schools in the country. Currently, we collaborate with over 200+ schools across India and aim to expand this number to 1,000+ private schools in the next two years. To achieve this goal, we are scaling our school outreach team PAN India. The role involves developing new relationships and managing existing partnerships with private schools. It requires extensive travel for business development across various regions. This is a full-time position within our core team based in Delhi. Responsibilities - Develop strong networking with school counselors, principals, educators, and directors across India. - Identify market opportunities within schools, drive new business, and expand the customer base. - Focus on new business development and revenue growth from existing clients. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of career counseling activities. - Conduct regular school meetings and schedule meetings with school leaders. - Follow up consistently with schools in conversation. - Organize events to engage with schools and promote B2B business. - Develop innovative strategies to promote B2B business. - Design effective outreach activities and engagement plans with schools. - Maintain and curate databases, conduct data analysis, and prepare reports. - Collaborate with other departments of iDC. - Introduce iDC outreach activities in new cities and schools. Skills - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in private school onboarding and sales processes. - Experience in selling education products to private schools. - Proficiency in CRM, database management, and documentation. - Ability to liaise with other teams for strategy and program implementation.
