Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage

    multi-channel marketing campaigns

    (Social Media, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and In-App notifications).
  • Own

    funnel management

    from awareness to conversion, optimizing each stage for better performance.
  • Manage

    in-app inventory

    and ensure personalized user engagement.
  • Utilize

    CleverTap, Branch, and other marketing automation tools

    for campaign execution and analysis.
  • Conduct

    data analysis and number crunching

    to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and derive business insights.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Develop and test

    A/B experiments

    to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and optimize

    CAC, CTRs, conversion rates, and retention metrics

    .
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and recommend actionable strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 + years

    of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a fintech or digital-first company.
  • Hands-on experience with

    CleverTap, Branch, and other customer engagement platforms

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Excel

    for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable business insights.
  • Experience in

    customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis

    .
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, user engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills :

Hands-on experience with Clever Tap, Branch, and other customer engagement platforms.

Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable business insights.

Experience in customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis.
