Job Description:

Lords Chloro Alkali Ltd is looking for a dedicated Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in process industries. The role involves managing plant electrical systems, troubleshooting breakdowns, and supporting safe and reliable power distribution within the chemical manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Operation and maintenance of LT & HT electrical systems, transformers, motors, VFDs, DG sets, and switchgear.

Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime.

Ensure safety compliance and adherence to statutory norms (electrical audits, testing, etc.).

Maintain documentation including logbooks, inspection checklists, and maintenance reports.

Coordinate with production and utility teams to support smooth operations.

Assist in energy conservation initiatives and power quality improvement.

Vendor coordination for AMC, spares, and project implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

10 to 15 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance in a chemical or process plant.

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, safety, and industrial automation.

Exposure to PLCs, MCCs, and control panels is an added advantage.

Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Willingness to work in shifts if required.
