Job Description

Responsible for operations & implementation of Performance Management related interventions such as driving & executing Goal setting, Mid year review, Annual performance review, development plans & other PMS operations activities


1.Support the implementation of performance management , processes, and tools. Support and maintain high potential career development program processes, procedures, tools, and guidelines/framework.

2.Contribute to driving PMS-related activities

3.Maintain repository of PMS-related documents

4.Provide ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operations work processes

5.Support in conducting Assessment Centers for senior management level promotions/development

6.Coordinate work closely with appropriate stakeholders to drive PMS

7.Support in managing employee concerns, clarifications and issues for PMS process & portal related support

8,Develop self, and work effectively with different teams and diverse population
