Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and collections.

Roles and Responsibility
Monitor high-stake litigation across all business verticals.
Provide support, direction, and guidance to the Litigation and Collection teams for devising litigation and collections strategies.
Engage and brief advocates and senior counsel.
Attend to complaints filed and proceedings initiated against the company and its officers.
Develop and implement effective legal strategies to minimize risk and maximize business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job
Strong litigation background and knowledge of court procedures and practices across India.
Experience in arbitration, collections, and criminal proceedings.
Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills.
Computer literate in MS Office.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Open to new ideas and bringing best practices to the organization.
Proactive and innovative approach to legal strategies.
Educational QualificationLLB / LLM.
