Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the optical store, including opening/closing, scheduling. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of optometrists and sales associates to meet performance goals. Ensure exceptional customer service and patient care. Oversee the sales process, recommend eyewear solutions, and drive revenue growth. Analyze sales data, identify opportunities for improvement. Manage expense control in coordination with upper management. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
