Manager - Inside Sales - SAP

As a Senior Inside Sales for SAP Solutions, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales cycle for SAP ERP products, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One (B1). Your role will require a consultative approach, deep product knowledge, and a customer-centric mindset to contribute to the business growth of Embee's SAP practice. You will be expected to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails, research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and create interest in SAP offerings. Understanding customer needs and presenting product solutions to prospects will be crucial aspects of your pre-sales engagement activities. Managing the sales pipeline by expanding the prospect database, arranging meetings/demos between potential clients and consultants, and tracking leads through CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the field sales team, SAP delivery consultants, and marketing to align on goals and strategies is essential, along with providing feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer interactions. To excel in this role, you should have proven inside sales experience in the IT/ERP domain, particularly with SAP products. A strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, and ERP solutions is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and a good understanding of business processes in SMEs and Enterprises are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related fields is preferred, along with SAP sales certifications or training. Prior experience in manufacturing, trading, retail, pharma, or service-based industries would be advantageous.
