Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:-


Process Ownership:

  • Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process
  • Accountability on CHRs' deliverables for the geography
  • Reviewing existing policies and SOPs and ensuring adherence thereto
  • Monitoring compliances at Stores & Distribution Centres in their region by timely audit of compliance records
  • Participating in investigations of Ethics & POSH cases
  • Planning and ensuring execution of CSR,Rewards &Recognition (R&R) and Engagement activities at the region
  • Supervising action planning on survey responses
  • Ensuring execution of corrective measures for OFIs of various audits
  • Consolidating and maintaining KPI Trackers for the team
  • Intervening to improve employee retention and quick resolutions of escalations
  • Managing exit formalities for ZO employees (Exit interviews, Clearance from stakeholders, Statutory Dues, F&F settlements)

Personnel Planning:

  • Ensuring availability of budgeted manpower in stores at the region
  • Tapping new sources of recruitment
  • Timely recruitment of store staff as per budgets in alignment to
  • Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) policy of the organization

Payroll & Incentives:

  • Processing payroll for ZO employees
  • Reviewing regional payroll and incentive data

Communication:

  • Communicating with the Support Office Team (TCOC,POSH,D&I Recruitment, CSR, Engagement, R&R)
  • Constant touch with Operations (SM+CM) for understanding business requirements and calibrating the teams for meeting the requirements
  • Executing HR priorities Diversity, CAPS in consultation with Operations

Employee Welfare:

  • Review of Engagement and R&R activities
  • Counselling & Grievance Redressal
  • Quarterly visits at all stores in clusters falling under the region
  • Conducting Open Houses (Grievance/Concerns/Suggestions forum) for the Store Management Teams
  • Conducting quarterly/bi-annual open houses for the Store Executive Teams

Review & Data Management:

  • Plan, prepare & present at Monthly Operations' Reviews and quarterly meets with Business Managers
  • Analyze & review CSR, R&R and Engagement activities conducted monthly
  • Analyze reasons for attrition
  • Review & implement corrective actions on the basis of KPI trackers for direct reportees
  • Counsel, guide direct reportees for enhanced performance and career growth
  • Ensuring maintenance of all statutory compliance records

Innovation:

  • Communicating potential changes in the SOP to senior management
  • Suggesting innovation in CSR,R&R and Engagement activities
  • Suggesting innovative retention strategies
