Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Individual contributor role.
  • Reporting to CXOs and the Founder of the Company.
  • End to end Recruitment management - JD preparation, CV search, Interview arrangement, Offer letter release.
  • MIS preparation on weekly basis
  • HR Operations and Leave management
  • Monthly attendance inputs for Payroll process
  • Administration activities management
  • Performance Management
  • Grievance handling

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4-8 years of work exp. in end to end Recruitment activities in individual capacity
  • Animation industry hiring exp. is a plus.
  • Good Communication
  • Good exp. in MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint

Please note:

  • Suitable candidates with shorter Notice Period will be preferred
  • Work Days-Monday to Saturday
