Manager Hospitality

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee and manage daily operations of our hotel and restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure a high-quality guest experience, smooth front-of-house and back-end operations, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of the hotel and restaurant, ensuring efficiency and excellent service delivery.

· Supervise front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, and service staff to ensure a smooth guest experience.

· Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.

· Monitor guest feedback and take necessary actions for service improvement.

· Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff for menu planning, inventory, and quality control.

· Manage reservations, room allocations, and table bookings efficiently.

· Handle guest complaints with professionalism and promptness.

· Monitor and control operational costs and budgeting for both hotel and restaurant.

· Train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance across departments.

· Organize and manage events or special functions as needed.

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (MBA preferred).

· Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in hotel and restaurant operations.

· Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent knowledge of hospitality software systems (PMS, POS, etc.).

· Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

· Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
