Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1 Inside Sales Management: • Develop and execute inside sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Manage the entire lead generation cycle to create qualified leads. • Identify and nurture new lead generation opportunities within the enterprise market. 2 Agency Handling: • Collaborate with lead generation agencies to extend market reach and drive sales performance. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners • Monitor and evaluate agency performance, providing feedback and support as necessary. 3 Data Scraping and Lead Generation: • Utilize tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data scraping tools to gather and analyze market intelligence. • Generate high-quality leads and build a robust sales pipeline. • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers. 4 CRM Management: • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry. • Analyze CRM data to develop insights and sales strategies. • Train and support the sales team on CRM best practices and usage. 5 Sales Reporting and Forecasting: • Prepare regular lead generation reports and forecasts for senior management. • Analyze lead generation data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Develop action plans to address gaps and drive continuous improvement in sales performance. 6 Market Analysis and Strategy: • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. • Develop and implement strategies to differentiate the companys offerings and gain a competitive edge. • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials.
