Business Development Manager / Account Executive SaaS Sales Location: Gurugram Experience: 2–5 years Industry: Construction Technology | SaaS About the Role We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager / Account Executive to join our fast-growing SaaS team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue across the construction and IT industries . You’ll act as the face of our cutting-edge platform, helping project teams simplify risk, reporting, and collaboration using our AI-powered tools. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities and project leads through cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls) and industry intelligence. Client Engagement: Engage with mid-to-senior level decision-makers in the construction and infrastructure ecosystem (developers, project managers, contractors) to understand pain points and propose tailored solutions. Sales Pipeline Ownership: Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from discovery, demos, proposal creation, follow-ups to closing deals. Maintain CRM hygiene and report key metrics. Presentations & Proposals: Prepare impactful collateral including decks, solution proposals, and client-specific documents to support your outreach. Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to align customer feedback with product roadmap and sales content. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management Experience selling SaaS solutions or IT products/services, especially to construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and consultative selling Candidates with prior B2B sales experience who have independently managed the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—will be strongly preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build rapport and influence senior stakeholders Confident in conducting cold outreach, demos, and virtual/in-person meetings Organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) DNA: Curious, proactive, and results-oriented Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment Self-motivated and accountable with a strong ownership mindset Eager to learn, iterate, and grow with the team Bonus Points (Desirable but not mandatory) Experience selling SaaS in international markets Background or understanding of construction project workflows (e.g., document control, risk management, snag tracking) Active on LinkedIn with a knack for social selling Ability to start immediately Why Join Us?
