Key Responsibilities: - Identify and address employee relations issues by suggesting best practices. - Take the lead on functional projects aimed at boosting employee engagement. - Offer training and guidance to managers regarding employee relations policies. - Work collaboratively with teams to analyze business trends and their implications for employee relations. - Contribute to enhancing processes within the employee relations function. Minimum Qualifications: - At least 8 years of relevant work experience coupled with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
