Department: Sales & Marketing Qualification: Any Degree Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital/ Telesales professionals to drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and sales conversion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Digital/ Telesales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to close high-volume deals. This role involves both inbound and outbound calling, lead qualification, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Job Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services. Respond to all inbound telephone and email inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner, providing accurate information and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Converting leads into sales. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales. Coordinate with Operations and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
