Manager Digital Analytics

As the Manager, Digital Analytics at adidas, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced analytics services to drive consumer insights, business growth, and sales across Emerging Markets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams at local, regional, and global levels, you will support data-driven decision-making. Your primary responsibilities will include leveraging your analytics expertise to optimize digital business processes and identify actionable opportunities that enhance efficiency, engagement, and sales in the assigned markets. You will be responsible for analyzing traffic channels, conducting consumer funnel analytics, and evaluating product performance to provide valuable insights to boost website visits and improve conversion rates. Additionally, you will be tasked with advising business partners on goal setting, KPI selection, and performance tracking, while also leading end-to-end analytics projects such as database integration, marketing attribution, and consumer journey enablement. Your role will involve designing and refining reporting structures to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable presentations for senior leadership. To excel in this role, you should possess deep expertise in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, Amplitude, Appsflyer, and Python for data analysis. Strong data visualization and presentation skills, along with a strategic mindset and proven project management experience, are essential. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and fluency in English (verbal and written) are also required. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including 2+ years in eCommerce data analytics, will be advantageous.
