Job Description

We're Hiring - Manager/Deputy Manager - Indirect & Capex

Location: - Haridwar

Qualification: - B.Tech

Experience: - 10+ years


Products– Mixer/Juicer/JMG/Induction cooker/OFR/Room Heater/Hand blender/Rice Cooker etc.


  1. Experience in purchasing indirect material/ Capex/ Opex/Plastic Raw material.
  2. Knowledge of purchasing indirect material/ Capex/ Opex/Plastic Raw material.
  3. Good negotiation skills.
  4. Time bound procurement commitment with high level of integrity & rigorous follow ps.
  5. Develop new and existing relationships with suppliers.
  6. Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance.
  7. Expert in SAP MM module - create PO, inventory analysis, other MIS reports.
  8. Skills of supplier management & engagement.
  9. Consider the environmental impact of the supply chain in order to meet sustainability targets.
  10. Suppliers share of business management based on TCO analysis, lead time & MOQ.
  11. Long lead time items/material planning as per rolling forecast from PPC.
  12. Day of Inventory & ageing inventory management as per defined target.
  13. Balance confirmation from Suppliers and reconciliation with commercials.
  14. Timely payment to Suppliers and resolve supplier queries.
