Manager, Data Science

As a Product Manager, your main responsibility is to drive product design and ensure the consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, focusing on user-centric solutions. You will define and monitor Product Success metrics at various development phases, facilitating cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align on product goals and roadmap planning. It is crucial to communicate progress, challenges, learnings, and success stories effectively to key stakeholders. Your role also involves leading the creation of a comprehensive playbook and training material to standardize and share SOPs with product development and analytics teams. Gathering user feedback to refine product features, evaluating technical feasibility of new enhancements, and ensuring a smooth handoff of product requirements to development teams are vital aspects of your job. Additionally, you will lead the creation of benchmark techniques for multiple product development strategies and identify cutting-edge trends to enhance product positioning. Qualifications: Education & Work Experience: - Bachelors degree in Engineering or related fields with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience - Masters degree in relevant fields with 4+ years of work experience - 2+ years of Product management or Software development experience Required Skillset: - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Experience with APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices - Expertise in Software Development, Engineering, and Analytics Delivery - Proficiency in product architecture design & implementation - Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, product roadmaps, and backlog management - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and business analysis skills - Ability to effectively communicate proposals to key stakeholders - Understanding of Pharma commercial landscape and analytics tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Dataiku, etc. Desired Skills (but not mandatory): - Experience with data science principles, machine learning algorithms, A/B testing, etc. - Experience in healthcare, financial, or enterprise SaaS products - Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling and optimization concepts Your role is critical in driving product innovation and ensuring successful product launches in alignment with business needs.
