Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Manager - Credit (Cleantech Finance) in Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibility

Understand financial statements and perform financial analysis on corporates, mid-corporates, and small enterprises.

Prepare credit appraisal notes in a concise manner, highlighting key aspects of transactions.

Develop financial models using MS-Excel for business plan preparation and financial projections.

Apply domain expertise in sectors under coverage to provide informed insights.

Conduct research-oriented work with attention to detail and accuracy.

Draft term sheets and other financial documents as required.

Job

Proficient writing skills are needed for preparing credit appraisal notes and other financial documents.

Strong financial modeling skills using MS-Excel are essential for business plan preparation and financial projections.

Domain expertise in banking and lending business, including regulatory aspects, is required.

A research-oriented approach with attention to detail and accuracy is necessary.

The candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
