Job Description:

We are looking for a result-driven and experienced Call Center Manager to lead and manage our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must hold an MBA, have at least 4 to 5 years of experience, and should be proficient in CRM tools, calling portals, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete call center operations and workforce
• Train employees on CRM systems and calling software
• Create CRM IDs and onboard new joiners efficiently
• Track individual and team performance with accountability
• Design and implement work systems and team structure
• Motivate the team to perform and achieve targets consistently
• Ensure all team members follow processes and report performance gaps
• Handle underperformance with strict follow-ups and support

Candidate Requirements:

• MBA is mandatory
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing call center or BPO operations
• Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms and calling tools
• Ability to manage, lead, and mentor teams effectively
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Honest, hardworking, and strictly process-oriented
• Capable of maintaining team discipline and following orders sincerely

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
