Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage BTL client servicing with a focus on relationship building and retention.
Develop and execute strategic plans to foster business growth and enhance service delivery.
Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client expectations.
Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external clients to streamline communication and project flow.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in business management, client servicing, or related fields, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
Proven track record in strategic planning and managing teams to achieve business goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle client relationships.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
