What we are looking for
We are looking for a skilled and solutions-oriented candidate to lead our marketing & branding efforts.He/ She will be responsible for crafting creative & compelling brand stories and strategies that deliver results.Objectives/ KPIs- B2B (Corporates) Lead Generation (Performance Marketing & Organic Channels).- Engagement (for existing clients working alongside content and creative teams).- Brand Building (Thought leadership content, Partnerships, Online reputation management and User community creation/ engagement).Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective growth strategies for the corporate business.- Creating and implementing the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets.- Work with different marketing & communication teams to generate new ideas and strategies.- Formulating lead generation strategy across all inbound and outbound channels, in alignment with business targets and budget.- Working with the marketing and creative teams to execute the strategy and deliver results.- Experiment and crack Linkedin for corporate lead generation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of success.- Strong experience in B2B Lead Generation, Growth Hacking, Linkedin Marketing.- Must be highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.- Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
