Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive and engaging makeup artistry training to students, covering all aspects from basic techniques to advanced applications.
• Develop and update lesson plans, training materials, and practical exercises in line with the Lakmé Academy curriculum.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise students during practical sessions, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
• Assess student progress, conduct evaluations, and maintain accurate records of their performance.
• Stay updated with the latest makeup trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry.
• Mentor and motivate students, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Ensure the training area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary products and tools.
• Participate in academy events, workshops, and promotional activities as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a professional makeup artist with a strong portfolio.
• In-depth knowledge of various makeup techniques, skin types, color theory, and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Certification or diploma in makeup artistry from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
