Ltd A-406/A, A-407A/A, A/B, Rd Number 14, Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302013 · Department : Maintenance · Position : Maintenance Engineer/Supervisor · Experience : 5–8 Years (On hand experience on relevant in machine tool maintenance) · Employment Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities · Perform preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of: CNC turning and milling machines (Fanuc, Siemens, Delta controllers) VMC and Wire Cut EDM machines Conventional machines (lathe, milling, surface grinder, cylindrical grinder etc.) ·        Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues. ·        Perform daily health checks and ensure minimal machine downtime. ·        Maintain accurate logs and history sheets of maintenance activities. ·        Coordinate with vendors for spares and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services. ·        Assist in installation, alignment, and commissioning of new machines. ·        Ensure safety compliance during maintenance activities (LOTO, PPE use, etc.) Technical Skills Required: ·        Strong knowledge of CNC & VMC machines (controllers, drives, servo, ball screw, guideways) ·        Familiarity with wire cut EDM technology and conventional machines ·        Understanding of PLC basics and electrical schematics (advantage) ·        Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems ·        Use of precision instruments like dial gauges, levels, and micrometers for alignment ·        Knowledge of maintenance planning tools (Excel, CMMS preferred) Qualifications: ·        Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering ·        ITI with extensive experience may also be considered Preferred Experience: ·        5–8 years in machine maintenance in a machining/production environment ·        Prior exposure to Fanuc, Siemens, or Delta CNC systems ·        Experience with scheduled and emergency maintenance planning How to Apply: Send your resume to mg@glaves.biz; Contact: 7737021050 Show more Show less
