The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, hands-on experience with financial modeling, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial decisions. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost assessments, and profitability evaluations to support strategic decision-making. Commercial Negotiations: Lead and participate in commercial negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and agreements. Business Case Development: Develop and evaluate business cases for various initiatives, providing recommendations for investment decisions. Metrics Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create bottom-up budgets and annual operating plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals. MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior leadership, delivering critical financial insights and performance metrics. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) is must from 2017 - 2020 Batch 4-7 years of hands-on experience in BizFin or FP&A. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience working with MySQL and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio) is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Travel Requirements: 20%-30% travel within India to understand business needs, engage with vendors, and meet customers.
