Qualification & Experience: - Graduate B.Sc. / B. com, Diploma in Chemicals, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Warehouse Manager in the synthetic resin industry, specifically catering to printing ink, adhesive, and construction chemical companies. - Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics. - Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in using warehouse management software and other relevant tools. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
