Logistic Coordinator- OTR Specialist

The OTR Specialist position involves managing and coordinating LTL and FTL operations throughout the US. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of freight, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and key stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in OTR logistics, specifically in LTL/FTL operations within the US. You will need a strong understanding of load planning, dispatch coordination, and effective communication with carriers. Familiarity with US lanes, routing, freight rates, and transit time management is essential. Proficiency in using load boards, TMS platforms, and shipment tracking tools is also required. Excellent communication skills are a must to effectively coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers. Additionally, you should be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and resolve issues under pressure.
