Continuously monitor and optimize automations for performance, reliability, and usage; proactively address failures or edge cases. Document workflows, integrations, and runbooks, and evangelize best practices across teams. Mentor and support others in automation adoption, promoting a culture of operational excellence and digital enablement across the business. What You’ll Need 3–5 years of hands-on experience building enterprise-grade automations and workflows using low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, ServiceNow, Zapier, Workato), scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and API integration. Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth, tokens) and working with JSON/XML payloads. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex processes into automation-friendly components. Familiarity with ITSM platforms (such as ServiceNow), ticketing systems, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems (Okta, Slack, Jira, Zoom, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. Passion for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement — with a user-centric mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities. Bonus Points Experience in DevOps or Infrastructure-as-Code environments using tools like Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. Experience building custom integrations between disparate systems via APIs or messaging buses (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub). Previous work with workflow governance, CI/CD pipelines for automation code, or building reusable automation libraries. Exposure to AI/ML-powered automation, chatbots (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework), or predictive analytics in workflow design.
