Collaborate with supervisors to develop assembly plans, manage inventory levels, and monitor quality control. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in a similar role (production or related field). Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Sc/MSc). Strong understanding of concepts such as line balancing, manpower handling, shift planning, daily production planning, shop floor management, and lean manufacturing.
