Job Description

1. Educational Qualification:

Minimum: B -tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred: Experience in lift industry or elevator-specific training.

2. Experience Required:

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in elevator installation and commissioning with basic electrical knowledge of elevator.
Must have hands-on experience with mechanical installation and Commissioning.

3. Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of elevator components and shaft installation procedures.
Ability to read electrical diagrams and lift layout drawings.
Knowledge of lift Installation, safety circuits, door systems, and limit switch adjustment.

4. Commissioning Knowledge:

Understanding of elevator mechanical systems (Templet fixing, Guide rails, guide shoes, car frames, buffers, Rope twisting solution etc.)
Understanding of load testing, leveling accuracy, and final adjustments.
Balancing, load distribution shaft size and alignment as per drawing.
Capable of setting controller parameters and performing test runs.
Troubleshooting errors during test and trial.

5. Site Coordination:

Ability to coordinate with the civil team, electrical team, and factory.
Experience in handling installation as per schedule and resolving site issues.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

Capable of maintaining daily progress reports, site punch points.
Should be able to communicate issues through email clearly.
Knowledge of basic Excel and Word preferred.

7. Additional Requirements:

Should be ready to travel across multiple sites.
Basic MS Excel, Word (for site reports, punch points, MOMs)
Good communication and team coordination skills and able to handle clients at site. .
Immediate joining is preferred.
