Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the mechanical design and documentation processes, contribute to the improvement of elevator models, and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., EN81 series). Key Responsibilities: Design production orders in alignment with the weekly design-production program. Create detailed mechanical drawings, including exploded views and bills of materials (BOMs). Incorporate design changes in elevator models and manage parameterization (e.g., DXF export, drawing corrections). Modify and optimize designs to meet performance, safety, and functionality requirements. Provide technical and engineering support by responding to internal and external inquiries. Prepare comprehensive product documentation such as installation manuals and technical drawings. Interpret and apply European lift regulations (EN81 series) to designs and processes. Stay updated with emerging engineering technologies and methodologies through continuous learning. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency with 2D/3D engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Competency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software. Good command of Excel for mathematical computing and analysis. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts. Strong technical writing skills.
