Job Description:

• Handle and nurture relationships with existing dealers to ensure business growth and continuity.
• Conduct regular and extensive customer visits to generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle and nurture relationships with existing dealers to ensure business growth and continuity.
• Support the team in conducting trials aimed at converting potential customers, Floating customers into loyal customers.

Skill Set:

• Experience in managing dealer networks, including both domestic and export markets.
• Proficient in selling spares, with a strong grasp of product specifications and customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective communication and relationship-building
• Strong negotiation skills

Qualification: BE /Diploma Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or any other relevant Engg stream

Experience: 02 - 05 Years (Experience Preferred)
