Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Obtain necessary approvals and clearances from various government authorities, including Pollution Control Board, Fire & Safety, Electricity Department, and National Highway Authority. Liaise with Patwari, Tahsildar, Collector, Divisional Commissioner, and other government officials for land and regulatory matters. Handle documentation and processes related to MSEB (Maharashtra State Electricity Board). Prepare and review legal documents such as Contracts, Purchase Agreements, Leases, Deeds, and Notices Inviting Tenders (NIT). Coordinate city survey work and maintain updated land records and property documents. Assist in all paperwork related to real estate deals, ensuring legal and procedural compliance. Oversee general administrative tasks related to real estate projects and office operations. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, safety standards, and environmental norms. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience in real estate operations, government liaison, and administrative roles. Strong understanding of local and state-level government processes and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
