Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Legal Documentation & Compliance

Draft, review, and verify legal documents related to property transactions (e.g.,
Sale Deed, Agreement to Sell, Allotment Letter, POA
).
Coordinate with legal advisors, clients, and registrar offices for execution of
Dastawej
(legal agreements).
Ensure
RERA compliance
and maintain updated legal records for all projects.
Review
title search reports
, land records, and ownership documentation.
Handle
notarization, registration, stamp duty, and mutation process
where applicable.

Loan Processing & Bank Coordination

Assist clients in
home loan processing
with banks
Prepare and submit property documents required by banks for project approval and buyer loans.
Resolve queries raised by bank legal and technical teams.
Maintain strong relationships with bank executives for faster loan approvals and disbursals.

Documentation & File Management

Ensure proper filing of all legal and loan-related documentsboth physical and digital.
Keep track of buyer documents, registration timelines, and legal compliance status.
Prepare legal drafts and reports for internal and external use.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
5 years of experience
in
real estate legal documentation
and
loan processing
Should have hands-on experience with
property-related legal documents
, land title verification, and housing loans
