Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Handling & Client Consultation

  • Build a strong understanding of client requirements (budget, property type, location preferences).
  • Suggest appropriate properties (residential/commercial) that match their needs and investment goals.
  • Convert quality inquiries into deals.

Project Presentation & Site Visits

  • Conduct engaging and informative site tours, highlighting project USPs, location benefits, RERA compliance, and investment value.
  • Share accurate details on available inventory, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
  • Develop trust through confident communication and knowledge of real estate fundamentals.

Sales Strategy, Monthly Targets & Deal Closure

  • Strategically plan and

    achieve monthly individual sales targets

  • Convert potential buyers into confirmed bookings

    through negotiation, objection handling, and personalized follow-ups.
  • Handle high-value individual, bulk sales, and leasing discussions professionally.
  • Coordinate documentation for bookings, agreements, and handovers.

Team Management & Support

  • Support and guide the downline sales team

    in converting leads and achieving their targets.
  • Share market insights, sales strategies, and product knowledge with junior sales executives.

Corporate Leasing & Brand Documentation

  • Handle

    corporate leasing discussions

    with brands and companies.
  • Coordinate

    brand-related documentation

Portal Management & Online Conversions

  • Manage property listings and generate inquiries through platforms like

    close leads generated from online portals

    and digital campaigns.

Market Research & New Project Survey

  • Conduct surveys of the real estate market for pricing, project trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Report valuable insights to management to aid business expansion.

Broker Network & Channel Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    channel partners and brokers

  • Collaborate on site visits and events to

    maximize client walk-ins and conversions

    through broker networks.

Client Servicing & Retention

  • Ensure smooth post-sale experience for clients with assistance in loan, legal, and handover coordination.
  • Maintain long-term relationships and secure referrals through timely communication and after-sales support

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on sales experience in real estate (residential/commercial).
  • Must have closed multiple deals.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and online platforms (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.).
  • Good understanding of real estate paperwork, RERA, leasing agreements, and buyer documentation.
  • Fluent in

    Gujarati, Hindi, and English
