Job Description

A Pharmaceutical Machinery client is looking to hire a Lead Panel Fabrication & Machine Integration.

Objective:-

To lead and manage the fabrication of electrical panels and the integration of machine controls, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to global safety standards, and seamless execution of hardware control systems.

Key Responsibilities:-

Plan and monitor activities related to panel fabrication and machine integration
Review technical inputs including timelines, change requests, and field feedback
Oversee wiring, assembly, and testing of control panels and machine functions
Coordinate with engineering and purchasing teams to streamline BOM and ERP processes
Ensure compliance with global standards such as IS, IEC, CE, and UL
Implement company-defined project execution guidelines and safety protocols
Facilitate knowledge sharing, team training, and adherence to automation platform standards

Education & Experience:-

Education:
Bachelors degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience:
12-16 years in panel design, fabrication, and machine installation
Hands-on experience in schematic design and control systems for industrial machinery (preferably pharma machines)

Skills & Competencies:-

Expertise in global design & safety regulations
Strong understanding of hardware and schematic design tools (e.g., EPLAN)
Effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
High problem-solving ability and service orientation
Consistent performance delivery under project timelines
