A strong back office set-up in India ensures efficient and cost effective delivery of services to our clients. Job Role: This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai. The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities for all the GCCs, Investment Banks and IT conglomerates. The successful candidate will partner with business heads to understand the recruitment needs, create job descriptions, identify and source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and close offers to ensure talent acquisition goals are met. Effective Utilization of various sourcing channels such as Resdex, FoundIt, Social Media, LinkedIn and Candidate Referral Source candidates through various recruitment channels viz. job Portals, referral, LinkedIn, and through other networking sites Quick turnaround of quality resumes within the specified time limits and identifying the right candidate Telephonic HR screening of the candidates as per the given Job Description.
