Job Title: UI Developer - React / Redux / JavaScript Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 7+ Years Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled UI Developer with deep expertise in React, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6+) to join our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building responsive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces, and experience working in Agile environments in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design and develop highly interactive and dynamic user interfaces using React and Redux . Build reusable, modular, and maintainable components that support scalability. Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver clean, functional, and responsive design implementations. Optimize applications for performance , speed , and scalability across various devices and browsers. Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs and performance issues . Write robust unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest and Enzyme . Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and consistency. Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and advocate for continuous improvements. Work within an Agile development environment using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Mandatory Technical Skillset React: Strong hands-on experience with component-based architecture and React hooks. Redux: In-depth knowledge of Redux for managing application state and middleware. JavaScript (ES6+): Advanced knowledge including async/await, arrow functions, destructuring, and modules. HTML5/CSS3: Proficiency in semantic markup, responsive design, and preprocessors like SASS or LESS . RESTful APIs: Experience integrating front-end with APIs for dynamic data handling. Version Control: Proficient with Git and working with repositories. Testing: Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest , Mocha , or Enzyme . UI/UX Collaboration: Ability to work closely with design teams to translate designs into functional user interfaces. Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments with modern development tools. Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development with React, Redux, and JavaScript. Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to implement best practices. Proven experience building cross-browser compatible and responsive web applications . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , especially in production scenarios. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile software development environment.
