Key Responsibilities: 1. Client consultation and coordination through calls and emails. 2. Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling. 3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. 4. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity. 5. Manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for management review. 6. Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. 7. Leverage AI and digital marketing tools to enhance client outreach, improve engagement, and optimize sales strategies.
