Job Description Lead Generation Executive Company: StaffProof Industry: HR-Tech / SaaS Location: Remote Type: Startup Environment Role Overview: The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients (employers and HR teams) who can benefit from the platform. This role plays a vital part in driving the companys growth by building a strong pipeline of prospects and initiating client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, web research, industry databases, etc. Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects. Schedule discovery calls/product demos for the sales team. Align lead generation efforts with marketing and sales strategies. Track performance and provide regular reports. Accurately update lead data in CRM tools. Key Skills Required: Proven experience in lead generation or sales development Familiarity with B2B SaaS platforms or HR-tech products (preferred) Strong research and communication skills Self-motivated , organized , and results-driven Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment
