Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital and offline channels to attract potential clients Identify prospective customers through platforms like social media, online databases, referrals, and industry events Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and present appropriate services Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/business development teamFollow up on incoming leads from campaigns or inquiries Nurture leads through the sales pipeline by maintaining regular communication and follow-ups Track and report on lead generation activities and performance metrics Stay up to date with travel industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities Contribute to the improvement of marketing materials and outreach methods based on client feedback and market insights Candidate Profile : - Fresher to 1 Year Communication - verbal & written Proven experience (1+ year preferred) in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the travel or service industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques (LinkedIn, email marketing, digital ads, etc.). Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business results. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
