Key Responsibilities

• Lead Development:

  Lead the development of our web and native applications using React-based technologies.

• Technical Design & UI/UX Decisions:

  Drive technical design and make key UI/UX decisions grounded in first principles.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to build seamless, high-performing applications.

• Mentorship & Team Growth:

• Quality & Scalability:

  Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications

• At least 3

  years of front-end development experience

• A good degree in Computer Science is a plus (or equivalent experience).

• Hands-on expertise in React, with experience in React Native and Next.js

• Strong understanding of

  UI/UX fundamentals and design principles
